My autistic son wanted this koopa troopa Mario kart hot wheels car. I made sure to show him the picture to assure that it was the one he wanted. Well we paid for it, and we're very upset and disappointed because we got a completely different item than the one we bought. Not only that, but they ignored my emails, and erased the review I previously posted. Not ok! Do better!

I sent an email to customer service right away and got an automated response immediately, which was fine. The next morning I got an email from customer service that they were giving a credit to my company and we had it in hand the very next morning. Excellent job!!! Thank you!
