We love your products - the quality is something we feel good about putting on our shelf and the price point and creativity are just right to keep them moving. However, twice in the past year when we have had a question or concern regarding an order, it has taken two or three initiations and follow-up on our part over several weeks to reach a resolution. Lastly, from a bookkeeping persepective, when a product has been ordered on our side but is backordered or not available from your side, I would prefer to only be charged for what is actually sent at the time and for backorders to be charged at the time they are sent. Otherwise, we have invoices in limbo until credits arrive which makes for extra steps to keep track of everything and tends to be messier from an accounting perspective than a clean invoice for what is received at the time it is received. Again - great products that kids and parents are enjoying at price points that are reasonable! Keep up the good work in that department! Thanks for taking the time to ask for and listen to feedback and to improve your brand! Lisa

Water zumba ladies love to play with these chickens before class starts. A good warm up plus they do not sink!!!!

It took a while to respond, but once that happened my issue was solved very quickly.

Slow shipping. Everything else was fine. .

It was broken it is made in 1378 the pencil was plastic and horrible. Don't buy it.

this is just some bullsh*tty flarp that i got for no reason.

Quick delivery. Good value for the price.

I got the rainbow fluffy slime pack and it turns out to be flarp, a cheap putty that rips and is only good for sound, and the advertisement tells us airy, NOT, fluffy, NOT, easy to mold, it will rip instantly, please clarify this on labels, or change the slims to be actual fluffy slime

These are super fun tops that provide of entertainment! We really enjoyed them until the wind up handle broke. My students have been asking for a new wind up handle to use the tops. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find anyone that can help me with my request. We would love to play with these tops again!

This was a fantastic store to do business with and I highly recommend them.

Excellent. The planes are of metal and not plastic. Plus they are the right size for the project I am doing.

Really enjoyed the online shopping experience from Toy Smith. They shipped my order right away and it arrived a week later. Items arrived in excellent condition. Would happily do business with them again!

Pleased with my purchases!

My autistic son wanted this koopa troopa Mario kart hot wheels car. I made sure to show him the picture to assure that it was the one he wanted. Well we paid for it, and we're very upset and disappointed because we got a completely different item than the one we bought. Not only that, but they ignored my emails, and erased the review I previously posted. Not ok! Do better!

Very easy and my grandkids were thrilled with their gifts

Love your tape measure. I give them to students and they really love receiving and using them. Metric and SAE markings are great.

Doesn’t work. My daughter’s voice sounds exactly the same.

Easy to place order and order arrived very quickly.

Quick delivery and accurate.

Everything good, except the delivery took a long time.
