Neat O Metal Kazoo
I just bought a Neat O Metal Kazoo and opened it to find that it made hardly any sound upon humming into it. I tried adjusting the circular top part but it hardly made any sound. I have experience with other kazoos and have been able to play them fine for long periods of time without ever breaking, I cannot say the same about these.

Very easy and quick
For people like me who do not have time to consult with a rep or comb through a catalog, ordering online is much faster and streamlined. Toysmith's website is easy to navigate, and checkout is quick. My only issue is that paying with a card on Shopify does not seem to work on our end, but we were switched over to net terms fast.

Need better paciking slips
Delivery was prompt. There were no damages. Minus one star as the new packing slips are the pits! They are so tiny and illegible. Please go back to full size packing slips these are no good.

The website to print off the invoice has a window, can’t print from that, I had to write out the order to price. The packing slip would have worked if it wasn’t so small.
