I have always had a great experience with Toysmith over the years. This time the service was superb. I was shorted two different items ( I have never been shorted before). I sent an email to customer service right away and got an automated response immediately, which was fine. The next morning I got an email from customer service that they were giving a credit to my company and we had it in hand the very next morning. Excellent job!!! Thank you!

Toysmith products sell really well at our gift shop, especially the vehicles and trains! Shipping is always quick and seamless!

I have only received half of my order. the other 5 boxes apparently were damaged and I have not received any confirmation as to when the remaining part of my purchase will be delivered. Toysmith never informed me there was a problem, I had to track the shipment numbers to find why i hadn't got the completed order.
