I will order again. First time order was sent in 2 shipments. I had to call to prompt the second dozen towels to be shipped. Small oversight I believe, but it was slightly annoying. They were very nice to send the second dozen out right away.

My original color was not available, they offered me options, complete refund, choose another color or wait a few weeks for the color I had ordered (bath towels). I chose to go with a different color. They let me know that it will be prepared and shipped. At the last minute I changed to a different color, they took care of it, did not hesitate to update the order again to accommodate my request. They treated me as if I am a valued customer.
