The customer service was excellent. We got a sample within two days. Pricing is great! We did have one towel that was discolored and we were unable to use it. Otherwise, we were very pleased.

Towels were very cheaply made, not plush and spa like as advertised. Also arrived different shades of white as if some were dirty
