The quality of these towels are very very thin and rough on the skin. Wouldn’t recommend for purchasing. As well, spent $80. 00 to have it 2-day ship and got them 6 days later. Will not be purchasing again

White 12”X12” towels arrived in a timely manner. Some trimming of loose threads was required. Towels appeared dingy in color, but cleaned up nicely. For the price point and my purposes, these towels will work just fine

What are the factors for grading ratings? The towels ordered arrived as expected, sure. I was only asked once if I wanted to pay extra to ship fastest, I thought and replied No, as usual. Then I missed the Normal Shipping fees, which cost more than the FedEx fees! I tried to cancel my order but was too late.

Towel look ok. Quality is horrendous, but like the say goes “You get what you paid for” Shouldnt cut corners lesson learn.

Quick shipping and nice merch

I have washed and dried these towels at least 8 times, all 12 together and sets of 6. Have used hot water; mostly cold water cycles; only vinegar; only baking soda; detergent. Have dried using only wool dryer balls for short stints to clean the FULL lint trap multiple times; have added one dryer sheet here and there. . . low temp, med temp, high temp. They are still flinging lint everywhere AND THEY DO NOT ABSORB WATER WHATSOEVER, so all of those washes is prior to being able to even use them. They're pointless as of now, but they have gotten ever-so-slightly better with each washing. Time is going to tell if they will work at all or if this was a complete and total waste of money. Oh, and several area fraying stitch work. Cannot recommend anyone to buy. Let's see if Customer Service reaches out to me and tries to make right.
