Still working with totebag. Ordered 200 bags and 25 of them are defective. I have to send them back before receiving new ones. This seems straight forward. I haven't experienced that, so tentatively I'm giving 4/5 stars because the product has issues, but the customer service seems to be easy to work with.

These are great heavy-duty tote bags in a variety of nice colors. I happy with both the quality of the bags and the quick shipping.

Great bags for my retreat group. Thick and well made and printing came out exactly as I wanted. Plus they were 1/4 the price of printing with my regular swag printer.

The quality of the tote and the printing is great. I did find the dimensions listed confusing and ended up ordering a size that was smaller than what I needed. The description lists hight, width, and depth but the depth only applies to the bottom of the tote and the side taper together instead of maintaining the listed depth to the top.

I’m disappointed in how much they shrunk even when washed in cold water and line dried.

Bought ten of these as a bachelorette favor and they were great! They are good quality and a reasonable price, I would happily buy these again for another event. Highly recommended!
