Hi there, the tote bag itself is cute, but not exactly what I wanted because we were rushed in the design phase. Apparently, a lot of their designers were OOO during the time I was ordering. The customer service rep I had was so, so rude and lacked self-awareness. She kept jumping into the process and adding unnecessary stress and info while I was trying to work with the designers on a tight deadline. I don't think my purchase was worth the $80-$100 I spent. I do, however, love the quality of these bags and that they were able to ship them on time for my event! I would order again, but I hope that I don't cross paths with that sales or customer service rep ever again.

Well, my bags were not red Santa bags. They were white. But they were made with durable canvas , very spacious and easy to carry with the shoulder strap. . . Love them!!!
