Hi there, the tote bag itself is cute, but not exactly what I wanted because we were rushed in the design phase. Apparently, a lot of their designers were OOO during the time I was ordering. The customer service rep I had was so, so rude and lacked self-awareness. She kept jumping into the process and adding unnecessary stress and info while I was trying to work with the designers on a tight deadline. I don't think my purchase was worth the $80-$100 I spent. I do, however, love the quality of these bags and that they were able to ship them on time for my event! I would order again, but I hope that I don't cross paths with that sales or customer service rep ever again.

Well, my bags were not red Santa bags. They were white. But they were made with durable canvas , very spacious and easy to carry with the shoulder strap. . . Love them!!!

They came out exactly like I thought they would! Customer service was perfect, they did a fantastic job with everything, they shipped very quickly, I can tell this is a very efficiently run company and I appreciate that. I am concerned that the logos probably will not stand up to wear and tear very well, but that’s not the fault of the company or the bag, That’s just the fault of where the technology is with silk screen logos these days. I do wish somebody could invent one that could take abrasion better. But I will definitely buy from them again, I wholeheartedly say this is a five star purchase
