Very inconsistent measurements in the batch I received. Most of the totes were too short in height and longer in width. Disappointed because I have to hand pick different bags amongst different bags of dozen to find uniform ones for my business.

My experience started out a little rough. My package arrived with a massive hole in the bag with one tote missing and two dirty from the package being opened. Paul in customer service was AMAZING!!! He quickly helped me with a solution and got 3 new bags out to me ASAP! I was so impressed with the quality of the bags and the phenomenal customer service! I will 1000% be recommending these to all my friends!
