Great product and customer service

Besides the fact that several mugs were broken upon arrival (which I consider part of reasonable risk) the imprint of my logo was significantly off center…embarrassingly so. I do not feel these mugs will make a good impression of my business, nor of Totally Promotional. They were unwilling to make it right. They did reimburse for the broken mugs.
