Quick and easy order and review process!

We had used Totally Promotional in the past and were excited to work with them again. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing. Our order of tablecloths arrived later than expected, which created logistical challenges for an event we were preparing for. What was most frustrating was the lack of support in resolving the issue. We first contacted the company the day the order was to be received; we inquired about the status, as we had concerns about receiving it in time. After the expected delivery date passed, we reached out again and were informed that shipping labels had been created, but the order had not actually shipped because production was running behind schedule. When we asked whether the tablecloths would still arrive before our event, we did not receive a response until the following day, after the order had already shipped. Once the situation was escalated, we were told there was nothing that could be done and that we should have selected rush shipping, despite placing the order approximately two weeks in advance. We were also informed that the estimated delivery dates for standard shipping are not guaranteed. While the quality of the tablecloths was excellent and the final product looked great, the lack of communication, delayed production, and unwillingness to offer any accommodation or resolution left us disappointed with the overall experience.

Have had 2 orders. The first order very timely and the product came out excellent and absolutely love!!! The second order took longer to come and I do not feel the lettering is going to stay on as the first two I looked at the "d" on it is already peeling off. I wanted these to be perfect and I am a little disappointed. I have not reached out to customer service yet so maybe I should of waited for this review.
