The only downside for us was the production time, which was a bit longer than we expected. However, the quality and service made the wait worthwhile. Overall, a reliable company with great customer service and excellent products.

They took care to male sure my picture was printed nicely, and waited patiently for me to respond to several emails, so I wouldn't receive a product that I didn't love. After I responded, the printed, shipped, and my product arrived within days. Very pleased.
