My printed shirts look great. Delivery was on time! Thank you!

I am so excited to have found Totally Promotional for our business swag! They have top notch communication skills, they send you mockups, AND they are way more affordable than other competitors! We will be buying from them from now on!

Thank you they are awesome

We have been buying Logo tumblers for many years and we thank Cynthia in Sales and the Production team for the ease in reordering, prompt delivery and keeping pricing affordable.

Our order arrived as promised & the products look great!

The pens are fine, but they only came with the heart logo and not my name which is what I needed on them. I had several emails to approve them and I know I approved the right one, but still received the wrong order.

Always so easy to work with yall! Thank you for the quick turnaround too!

good!

First time using totallypromotional. Very pleased with customer service, the product and efficiency in production and delivery of my order.

From start to finish the process was flawless.

The Flyswatters look great and came quicker than I expected. The customer service was great and really listened to my thoughts.

My table runner was professionally designed by the team. Their artwork and colors look amazing. I definitely give them a five star

Ordered and paid for Custom 20oz cups. Printed, sent 16oz cups.

Just placed my 3rd order ..the koozies are a great quality and the personalizing makes it more fun!

great for gifts!

Not happy with overall experience. Approved proof and paid for two products, custom napkins and stir sticks. Found out day before my event that stir sticks never went into production. I was refunded in a timely manner but would not recommend to others.

WE LOVE the stadium cup! The advertisement looks so good!

They are perfect

My company has used Totally Promotional for several different clients. The pricing has been fantastic. The biggest positive has been their ability to deliver as their website says. Even when we had an issue with the delivery date being pushed back after placing our order, they worked with us to make it right. I appreciate the professionalism and kindness they showed working with me to fix this issue. Highly recommend.

Placed an order for a second round of bottle opener keychain flashlights. The quality of the printing was far worse this order, and more than 10% of the flashlights did not work.
