This was my first time ordering from Totally Promotional, and it was a really positive experience! The customer service was good, the table runner came quickly and is of good quality for the price I paid. The only issue I had was the colors on my finished product being a bit different from what I expected. (i. e. something that was supposed to be beige printed as more of an orange color, other colors were a bit saturated or "off" from what I was expecting. ) I didn't reach out to customer service about this because we needed the product right away, so I can't speak to whether they would have reprinted it. But, all things considered, it was a good item for a fraction of the cost of other printing companies.

I am accustomed to Vista Print, whose online platform is very user friendly and the communication is stellar. I felt your communication was slow and unresponsive. I finally received the lanyards, but was not impressed with the speed and the final product. You do offer a bulldog clasp, which is what I needed so i sacrificed on the speed and quality to get what I needed.

Great product, great shipping times. Will definitely use them again.
