The website was easy to navigate and designing our custom stress balls was a simple process. The communication was great, received a proof and confirmation in a timely manner. The product was shipped quickly and is good quality. I just wish the customization could be a bit larger on the stress balls. Other than that, a great experience.

We ordered these to giveaway at a couple of kids safety events and they are perfect and will hopefully be used by all those that received them. We were short a couple lids and they sent a few more right away. Will definitely order from them again.

We placed an order for pilsner glasses, printed napkins and pens. All items turned out great and the colors were perfect! It was also nice to be able to receive a sample to see the ink color

I had a order issue where I ordered some products and they arrived with some spelling errors, it was my fault honestly because I didn't check the mock-up very well. When they arrived I thought I had lost my money and I would have to throw them away. I then reached out and they helped me and understood the situation right away and told me they would send me new ones at no cost. I couldn't believe it because 99% of other companies would tell me "that sucks" and would make me buy new ones. I am glad I did businesses with them and they are honest people 10000/10. A special thank you to Melissa Powell please give her a raise she is amazing and because of her you will have someone like me continue ordering from here and recommend these services to other!

The foam koozies turned out incredibly well. When my design ended up not looking right on a certain color ink and background, they quickly provided a new proof and processed/delivered quickly. They warned that minor details in complex images could be lost in printing, which was true but only for the tiniest of design components (fur on a cartoon cat) and the overall product was great. Proof was approved 5/29, and it arrived 6/9.

We needed a rush order and were just within the time limit to receive the printed cups for a celebration of life event. The cups actually arrived a day earlier than expected! The product was perfect and added a special touch of fun and levity. Cheers!

The product came out great! I loved it and got lots of compliments. I got koozies and coasters. I didn’t like that I felt like there were some hidden fees that weren’t thrown in until the end. If there’s a $20 charge for each design on the koozie, that should be put up front somewhere. I thought my total was going to be around $125 for everything and by the end of it, it was 180+ that’s a big difference but I still went ahead with the purchase. Which over all like I said I’m happy with the outcome! Very good product.
