Shipping was good, but my boxI receive was busted on both sides.

I’m so in love with most of my Torgeis! The flip flops are my favorite shoe ever! And I found the Batflower heeled slides which are beautiful and comfortable! A couple of the styles were a definite it’s miss on design! They should all be the same length (Isabella) and that bumper thing is awful (Luna). I’ll definitely keep my eye out for new styles!

Shipping was on time nice shoes

I placed an order in July and never received my merchandise. Long story short, Torgeis have been awaiting a response from “the carrier”— who strangely has not provided an update 72 hours later. At this point, I’ve requested a refund; thankfully, Torgeis agreed. I’ll await the outcome of this transaction since the purchase process went awry. Hopefully, no one else will have this experience.

I purchased a beautiful slingback with the steel toe. I cannot wear them because I cannot fasten them. I sought out assistance from people around me to help me fasten my shoes and no could. Their beautiful but to complicated. I wasted my money on a pair of shoes that I now have to depose of because they won't fasten.

I bought the really cute blue clear strap sandals and the second time I wore them the heel broke. My job is mostly sit for 6-7 hours a day so the only real walking is 50 ft to and from the car. This is really disappointing! I won't be buying the pink ones for sure now.

Well a tad disappointed because I had to order them twice. The first time I completed my order and then was casually told a week or two? later they were out of stock! They never notified me when they were back. I just happened to notice and ordered again.
