Awful Customer Service! Seems like a scam
I ordered a pair of boots on a Tuesday and paid for expedited (next business day delivery) shipping because I needed them for a work trip on Friday. I paid using SHOP and received no tracking number. SHOP was not even able to verify the purchase. On Wednesday, I sent an email to customer service asking them for my shipping number and explained that if the order is not going to arrive by the end of Friday, I would like a refund. They did not respond until Friday, telling me that they are giving me “advanced notice” that they happened to be closed on the day I submitted my order. The email contained no regards to my request for a refund or any updates on the delivery. I responded telling them to cancel the order and issue a refund as the shoes we’re not going to arrive in a timely manner, despite me paying 43% MORE for the order to ensure they arrived promptly. They did not respond until Monday (when I was already on my trip and ended up buying other shoes from Amazon) to issue me an empty apology, then finally send me a tracking number and tell me that the shoes have been delivered that same Monday, and telling me they ignored my request and never canceled my order and that there’s nothing I can do about it now. Furthermore, I checked the FedEx shipping details and it showed that they sent out the order after I already asked for a refund. FURTHERMORE, I just got back from my trip and opened the package and the shoes are scuffed and clearly worn, and one of the zippers are damaged. Long story short: I paid 43% more for expedited shipping, they did not ship on time, I asked for a refund, they ignored my request for a refund until the point of no return. Next day delivery ended up turning into one week. The shoes arrived and they are worn and damaged. Definitely something fraudulent going on with this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
