Excellent service! Not only did Tony Kealys stock the travel system and pram we’d been looking for everywhere else, but delivery was quick and efficient. The team were even kind enough to get in touch with us when our pram and carry cot colours didn’t match (we had thought the colour out of stock) and made certain we received the colours we wanted. Truly great customer service!

Poor! as I am still waiting on outcome with the faulty pram despite reporting the fault on the day it actually arrived.

There was a slight delay due to a bank holiday, but when I e mailed and queried, I got an aswer with detail very quickly. Good Customer service, unlike some companies.
