Staff were so lovely and friendly

I was looking for a certain pram that went with the specific car seat we got from somewhere else. I stumbled across Tonys website and the item was much cheaper than mainstream sites. Even though a bit dubious, I then saw product videos online and that was brilliant and made me feel at ease. I ordered on Saturday and received Wednesday which was brill considering i am in the UK and the Tonys is in Ireland. So impressed.

Arrived quickly and found it easy to put together.

Bought quite a few large items from Tony Kealys now and always exceptional service and value. Packages have always arrived really quick and in perfect condition.

Service excellent

Fast delivery and tracking my order was a breeze.

Quickly delivered and excellent price

Fast delivery, just what i needed

Fast shipping

No issues with the pram company so far. As I said in my review, I haven’t used the pram yet as the basket is rather small so having to get a new bag that’ll hopefully make sure for small basket.

Got it as a gift for my daughter

Excellent price and super quick delivery.

The staff at Tony Kealy’s in Belfast could not be better. We went in to look at prams and the sales person was brilliant. She spent a significant amount of time with us showing us all the features of the one we liked, letting us try it out, put it up and down and in the car etc. She was really knowledgeable and helpful. We put a deposit down that day. When we went to collect the pram a few months later, another sales assistant went through everything again, explained in detail (and showed us) how to get the car seat in and out etc - she was excellent. Every member of staff we dealt with was so lovely and they all really know their stuff. We couldn’t recommend them more.

The staff are superb very nice and helpful, I rang to ask when they could despatch which they did next day when I'd been waiting for 15 days with another supplier. They even called to let me know when it was on there way and could not have been any more helpful, I'll definitely purchase from here again

Shipping to England was straightforward, would highly recommend recommend.

Fast shipping. Service was great as I received a phone call to let me know that my parcel had been dispatched and I was told my delivery day. This added a nice personal touch, which I appreciated!
