Shipments should be sent on 4 x4 pallets! There’s no reason to send on a 4x8 pallet when all parts are 4 feet.

Arrived quickly and packaged well

It seems our dock keeps growing every year. We had an "h" shape and this year we moved the two boat lifts inside the "h". So, we needed to add two more dock sections between the two boat lifts so we could have access on both sides of the lifts. So, I ordered the additional components and in a few days they arrived - faster than I could make the two additional sections. The best part about Tommy Docks is that I can configure my dock in so many various ways, though I think I'm sticking with this latest arrangement. Now I also have additional space for people to fish from.

Compared with the other dock we had previously Tommy Dock is more stable even before we installed the pole anchors. Great product

Pipe works great. But I feel like that would work great if you were to paint them.

I don’t often write reviews (good or bad) but I was so impressed by Tommy Dock that I am pleased to share my good experience with others. Their website is very informative and easy to navigate but, since I had never had any previous experience with building or installing a dock I felt I just needed to talk with someone. The same person who answered the phone quickly and confidently answered my questions. No transfers or call backs! Delivery was as promised and installation was a breeze! What a refreshing company to do business with!

Ordering the parts was an easy task. And in the past customer service has been responsive and helpful; more than expected. Actually sending me video to help. And I really love the commercial on YouTube!

Last year we put in our first Tommy Dock—using the heavy duty hardware with 8 wood sections. The quality is excellent, and super sturdy. Love it!

Tommy Docks inflatable dock is well made and exactly what we needed for our set-up! It’s also tough enough for our dogs! Highly recommend!

Love the incredible quality of our new dock float. Very sturdy. Will hold multiple people, and the included ladder is so helpful.

We livenlakeside and the water starts high and recedes as the simmer goes on. With the tummy dark construction, we can take one section that ends up on the beach out of the water as the water seeds and move it to the end that is in the water easily.
