They didn't have bull firearms I ordered in their own warehouse. They had to get both weapons I bought through like Davidson's and other companies that are just gun retailers. Plus then they send it with FedEx and FedEx delivers only when they want to. I don't think I'll be doing business with these guys anymore until they fix with their problems

I have not yet fired the gun, but I'm looking forward to it. The firearm itself is great, and I am very happy with the purchase. My experience with Tombstone, however, was mixed. By "mixed," I mean the product was excellent, but the communication and pickup process left a lot to be desired. On a Friday around 11:00 a. m. , I called the store and was told that the firearm had arrived but was still in the warehouse and might be ready for pickup later that day. I explained that Friday was my only opportunity to pick it up and specifically requested a courtesy call if it became available. The next day, I discovered through an email notification that the firearm had actually been ready for pickup just a few hours after my call. Unfortunately, I never received the phone call I had requested. Because of my work schedule, I was unable to pick it up until Monday and had to rearrange my schedule and go into work late to do so. When I mentioned this inconvenience to the sales clerk, his response came across as dismissive. I understand that he was not personally responsible for what happened and could not change the situation, but a simple acknowledgment such as, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience," or, "I'll bring this to the manager's attention," would have gone a long way. Instead, it felt as though the primary focus was completing the sale rather than addressing a legitimate customer concern. To be fair, the staff was professional during the transaction, and the firearm transfer itself was handled competently and efficiently. However, better communication and a stronger focus on customer service would have made the overall experience much better. In short, great firearm, disappointing communication and follow up. .

Fantastic fulfillment.

Horrible customer service. Dana accused my FFL of lying to me, yelled at me when I requested valid tracking information (I was given UPS tracking information, but my firearm was sent via FedEx), and was extremely rude. I have received no new tracking information over a week later. I have very little confidence in this company and zero respect for the way they treat customers.
