Showed in stock and was paid for however was actually out of stock so no firearm and payment was refunded.

Quick efficient, professional, and reasonably priced

I was prompted that an item that I wanted was back "In-stock". I made the purchase (CC charged) and within the hour was promptly told that they were unable to fulfill my order. Yes, they refunded my CC, but really a let down! I am back to waiting to see if it comes back in stock and we'll see if I get duped again!

Well made magazine that works well with my Rock Island 1911.

Was purchased as new, box had been opened and someone installed the CR2032 battery for the illumination and in doing so broke the o-ring that seals the battery cap. Does not appear to have been used but should not have been sold as new. Very unhappy.

Great prices but mediocre customer service. After checking in on my phone & being notified I was next up, I still had to flag down someone to help me. I have purchased 3 firearms here recently & each time, did not feel like my purchase even mattered to the staff. Possibly because I'm a senior citizen w/o tatoos. If it were not for the excellent prices, I would shop elswhere.
