I placed an order and waited three weeks without receiving the item or even getting a single update. Then, after three weeks, I was finally contacted and told they weren’t going to ship my order because the price listed online was too low. So instead of honoring the order, they simply chose not to fulfill it. That’s absolutely ridiculous and shows a complete lack of respect for the customer. If you can’t honor the price you advertise, don’t list it in the first place. What a joke. I definitely won’t be ordering from this company again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Fast and easy !

Upon entering (for the first time), I received no greeting. I signed in at the store as indicated by a sign. The system stated I was first; no one was waiting ahead of me. It still took over 10 minutes to be called, while staff joked and carried on. My associate who eventually called out my name was cold and discourteous. Rarely making eye contact, with no smile, and was just rude. I completed the transfer paperwork and waited another 30 mins. He had made a mistake; it turned out after the manager came over to check on the delay. The manager fixed it without an apology or acknowledgment of the error. I asked if they had any . 12 gauge loads for Dove; I was shown. 00 and slugs with a dismissive that's all we have. There are much better experiences out there. I know I bought a cheap bird gun. I got the lifetime warranty, and the same guy told me it was worthless and I should just go with the manufacturer. Last time I spend my hard-earned money where I am dismissed and disrespected. I am not a novice shooter; I own more than my fair share, and I have been in literally hundreds of gun shops. This one is on a very small list of ones I won't return to

This combo pack has 6 magazines, but only 5 were in the package. I contacted Tombstone the same day as pickup at my FFL, but have heard nothing after a week. I've bought from them before with no issues. Typically they have good prices and fast shipping. But if this isn't resolved, they'll lose a customer.

Service was terrible associated wasted my time and didn’t follow up after sending me away and then I receive an email a week later to pickup item and it’s the same firearm instead of sending it back and ordering new one

I understand I purchased a 'blem' item. This is a high end firearm and it has a pretty serious very noticeable scratch on the forward part of the frame. Quite substantial compared to other blem firearms I've seen. The price was right, I just wish it were's so noticeable. Overall very smooth transaction. Great to deal with, fast shipping.
