I had customized the materials and color. The backpack arrived a week after, and it arrived earlier than I had anticipated. I ordered around the holiday, so the UPS tracking did not reflect timely; infact, it was on route for delivery already, but the representative assured the timely delivery.

As an IT professional, I need a bag to accommodate a laptop (13” MBP), a 12” iPad Pro, and all sorts of tools. This bag does that comfortably and it’s also comfortable to wear. I have to say that I love the zipper on the back for easy laptop access. Definitely worth it for me!

The case is very good quality. It would be better if it attached more securely to the Timbuk2 backpack strap -- such that it didn't slide down. I'm tempted to stitch it in place!
