The Alcatraz Laptop Backpack is awesome. It is extremely comfortable and I especially love the zippered pockets on the front. It carries all of my things and still leaves plenty of room for misc. items. I also love the fact that I got to choose the colors and features I wanted.

My experiences were all good, except I found the illustrations for the dimensions of their bags extremely misleading, so I ordered the wrong size on an un-returnable custom bag, which is quite a problem. The line at the bottom of the bag isn’t the measurement for the whole picture (like it appears to be, given it’s length relative to the image), it’s the measurement just for the bottom seam. Unless you have the bag very full, its footprint (from the side) will be a lot larger than the bottom seam. So be careful what size you order! Go by the labelled line at the top of the image instead, which is accurate.
