This is very solid product, both beautiful and practical. M size is just what is needed. The only issue is with some of the finishing, but that’s a minor one. I recommend this bag strongly.

Great improvement to carry-on travel experience. Easy to carry and fits quite a bit. The waist straps are a great feature My one complaint would be that the outside got scratched significantly on my first plane trip (not sure if that was the fault of the bag, but I was hoping it would last a bit longer before visibly getting roughed up).

I had the Authority Deluxe for years (no issues) but out grew it and needed a larger back. I love the way the bag opens and has separate zipped compartments (similar to a carry on). In the main compartment I have a 17” Dell, a portable monitor, large laptop charging block, cables, extra extension cord, hard pencil case, a couple note pads and packs of trace / sketch paper. In the smaller pouches I keep my mouse, wallet, other small items. On the side I keep my hydro flask. Everything fits perfectly the way I want and there is still extra space. Very happy with the purchase. The people at the queen street location were also very helpful when deciding which bag to upgrade to.
