Shipping came earlier than expected, with nice packaging.

Decent bag, good middle-of-the-road size and I like that the shoulder pad is removable. For me, the strap is a little long, so that shortening it all the way leaves some length dangling. Also would like it if the strap could be shortened slightly more for cycling.

Great bag. My last one lasted over 10 years and I got the same one this time. The old one had an excellent build quality and took a lot of abuse. Let’s hope the new one does the same!

I'm a college teacher, the small size is perfect to carry my laptop, papers and a few personal items! This bag makes getting to and from work by bike a breeze!

Its bigger than I thought. Durable, great layout. Because of its size it fits everything and will be multi-purpose for me, the flap clips do a great job of allowing you to make the bag the right size and making it secure. Firs two computers, my notebooks, my coffee cup and a water bottle- with room to spare for my lunch box and a gym outfit. The one critique is that I which it had clips so I could make it smaller width- there are eye hooks on the side at the back panel but nothing on the front. When it is not full things can bang around in the main compartment. If you could cinch down the sides it would probably keep the movement more limited.

Arrived two days ahead of schedule! Well packed and no issues.
