Well, this time the phone did not turn out to be a good phone. Have used you guys before, and now I've had to go through major hassel with this Iphone X and need to return to you as it won't turn on. Took it to a place that said it needs a new battery but when I told them it was from you / refurbished, they said they weren't too sure......

I ordered an iPhone XSM. It arrived with a known Apple issue which I feel should have been repaired prior to selling me the device. The whole left side of the screen had no "touch screen" ability. I could not even get Tigerphones to commit to replacing the device with one that they would check before shipping to me. Since the order/shipping and return/shipping process each took about a week, I've wasted about 2 weeks on this. I am still awaiting my full refund.

I had recently gotten an iPhone X as a gift from my boyfriend from this company. The phone had a major issue with the screen. It would glitch out badly to the point it would shut itself. After contacting them and getting it sent back they ended up putting a brand new screen on it which fixed all the problems. The phone itself when I got it was in amazing condition with only a couple scratches on the the frame. The response time to reply to my emails, and to send the phone back and forth was better than I could imagine, Amazon doesn’t even reply as fast as they did. It’s the same phone but it looks brand new with no problems. Stuff happens in life and even though certain things can be a small inconvenience like what happened to me they did what they could to make it better. For the price that was paid it was well worth it so I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an iPhone upgrade at a great price.

bought a iphone x from back market and it came from here when received it was almost like some areas of the screen didn't work with touch even though it said i bought a "excellent" condition so i was honestly scammed and least to say disappointed
