supposed to be very good. it's operation is faulty. Drops calls, volume problems. Cannot get anyone to respond about a refund or change.

overall, like new in looks. Fast delivery. There were a couple issues with the sound. No swoosh when texting so dont know if message was sent or not. sometimes no sound when pressing keys. But i kept it--not worth the hassell sending back for a new one although tiger was very accomodating the complaints.

screen was so dark, could not see enough to set up. Could not see to brighten screen. Then phone would not transfer info from my other apple iphone. junk. No one to talk to for help. No instructions. No address anywhere on website to return for refund. Will have to file a dispute with my visa card.

Spent months proving to Tigerphones that FedEx stole my package and even after Tigerphones agreed that Fedex had indeed stolen the phone I was refused a refund. Tigerphones accepted the claim money from FedEx and declined to tell me until I confronted them. Tigerphones received monetary proof of FedEx admitting the package had been lost or stolen and still declined to refund me. Tigerphones is a lying thieving company and will steal from consumers based off the fact that they are a small company that gets ripped off and yet claimed they process thousands of orders a day and couldn’t possibly focus on just my order. Terrible customer service and a generally unpleasant company to deal with.

My new phone came in looking brand new. I love it and the customer service was so good! They really helped us out with a problem we had ordering. This is our third phone from them and all I can say I will be buying all my phones from them They are just great to work with and the phones are always just like new when we get them

I bought 3 phones at wholesale from Tiger Phones. I bought the phones as gifts for friends in another country a month before visiting them. After a couple of days of using the phones, my friends noticed that their batteries died very quickly and even repeatedly died when the phone showed 15-20% battery remaining. Two of phones had their screens replaced, I'm assuming by TigerPhones since we did not open the box the phones came in until I arrived to my friends, and the screens were not installed properly as you could see where screen was misaligned with the body of the phone. This prevented the lower right side of the screen from working. Since I bought the phones a month before my trip and my trip lasted 2 months, I was not able to return the phones due to the company's return policy. I high recommend using another company to by phones from. Stay away from TigerPhones, if you do not want a faulty phone.

Terrible customer service, ran me in circles until he agreed to refund me for a package that FedEx lost (and they acknowledged it’s lost, the settled a claim with tiger phones so he has monetary proof that FedEx agreed the phone was lost). After agreeing he went back on his word and said FedEx couldn’t confirm the package as lost despite the proof I provided and despite FedEx settling a claim with tiger phones. Tiger phones also stated in direct emails to me that he believes “nefarious” actions had been carried out and the package was likely stolen. This guy is a thief and I’m out close to $500 because. Tiger phones accused me of being a scammer when in reality they are the ones who scammed me. I fully expect this review to be deleted like the last one but no worries I’ll keep leaving reviews until I get my money back from tiger phones or from FedEx.

I ordered a phone back in October. They sent it via FedEx which is notorious in my area for messing up deliveries. I called the shipper who said he couldn’t do anything about it and I should call FedEx to ask for a pickup vs a delivery. I spoke to FedEx who said the shipper-tiger phones- had to arrange any delivery changes. The shipper refused to assist and stated that FedEx said I would need to. I’ve gone back and forth with TigerPhones since the beginning of October 2021 until today 2/18/22 when AFTER agreeing to refund me he states that FedEx can’t confirm the package was lost or stolen. I’ve provided TigerPhones with communication directly from FedEx confirming this info. Extremely terrible customer service and they stole my money. I wouldn’t buy from this “small business” who says he process thousands of orders a day and can’t focus on a single customer. TigerPhones and Phillip Triplett should be ashamed of themselves. Y’all stole $483 from me and took the $100 settlement FedEx issued WHICH CONFIRMED THE PACKAGE WAS MISSING. This company is nothing but thieving liars.
