We received the iphone quickly and in excellent condition. We put in the sim card and it activated and worked seamlessly. This is the second phone I've purchased from Tiger Phones. I highly recommend them.

Apple store confirmed device component was defective and Tigerphones refuses to repair or discount. Will continue to post reviews where possible. Last review here was deleted.

I bought through BackMarket. Apple store said device components defective and Tigerphones does not honor warranty or make any effort to help. Horrible seller. No support. Will be sharing this problem for the next 2 months anywhere I can.

I have purchased multiple phone with no problem until now. BEWARE- I order and receive the phone in a few days. My son came home late from a baseball game and just switched the SIM cards. The next day at school his phone would not work. He called us from a friends phone and my husband took his old phone to him. He put the sims card in old phone and receives a message that the phone has been blocked and to contact the phone provider. That evening I called AT&T and they said it was blocked because it was reported stolen. They fixed the sims card and now my son is using his old broken phone. I called tiger phones and left a message and sent a response via website. No response the next day. I have tried calling 13 times during business hours, multiple messages and emails with no response. I received the phone on 3/21 and contacted them the last 3 days with no response. I guess my next step is the police. It seems criminal for a business to have citizen purchase a stolen phone…

I ordered a phone from them through backmarket and when the package arrived it was empty! It had clearly been stolen in transit by a worker at fed ex. Tiger phones was great about replacing it with no cost to me. The replacement came within a week or so after getting paperwork figured out

Bought an iPhone XR in excellent condition. I had one scuff mark on the back bottom corner that’s all. The battery health was at 100% and I am very pleased with my purchase. And will buy again from this company.
