I cannot begin to express how much I love my Tiem shoes. Beyond comfortable and so stylish, & the clips work effortlessly on my road bike. What more could you ask for?

My instructor recommended that I get Kescoo cycling shoes from Amazon. I tried them and it was a no. It was so uncomfortable and so hard. I saw someone in my cycling class with Tiem on and I just loved the style so I instantly went online on Google to look these cycling shoes up. I fell in love with this specific style because everything the shoe represents about Kristina G. , I embody within myself. This was such a great motivator for me and when I tried on the shoes the first time it was really too snug so I went up a half size and literally perfect fit. The return and replacement process was seamless and no hassle at all. When using these cycling shoes for spin, now I can feel my entire leg muscles be put to work. Before I was not feeling it with regular tennis shoes but now I get the best workout in. Thanks Tiem!

This training shoe/lattice is phenomenal. It has the support that one needs either on the treadmill or on the floor. It hugs you and supports you all around. You may want to size up by half a size. The workmanship is solid. Price point is good.
