These cycling shoes are fantastic, they fit true to size, feel great, and the color is even better in person. But what really impressed me was TIEM’s customer service. When I accidentally ordered regular shoes and clips instead of cycling shoes, a TIEM team member reached out right away to confirm whether that was intentional. Thanks to their attention to detail, I was able to cancel the incorrect order the same day and reorder the right pair. Service like this is incredibly rare these days, and TIEM absolutely blew me away.

Happy with the shoe but struggled with sizing. I typically tend to go by the EU size when shopping for a new shoe brand due to inconsistent US sizing. I typically wear a US women's 10 which is usually a 42 EU. According to the TIEM website, a 42 EU was equivalent to a women's size 11. I ordered the 11 under that assumption and the shoe was huge on me. I returned for a size 10. 5 and the shoe is still too long on me but the area around the ankle is much narrower so I didn't want to size down again. Outside of the sizing, happy to have this shoe. Good airflow, clipping in works well for my cycle classes. I was surprised to see how much my speed and power increased!

The size is correct in that the toe box is perfect, but the upper of the shoe is tight. I think it will loosen up once I break it in. I wish that it was loose, and able to be tightened with the strap, instead of tight at baseline.

I received my new Tiem indoor cycling shoes and they were immediately comfortable to wear. And my very first spin class wearing cycling shoes was a dream. Literally life changing after wearing regular athletic shoes for spin class! Thanks for a great product.

Tiem says to size down for this style. I usually wear a 5 or 5. 5, depending on the brand, so I originally purchased a 5. It was very tight, like feet tingling and losing sensation tight. Since it was my first time buying cycling shoes, I contacted customer service for advice. They did not respond. I exchanged for a 5. 5, which feels much better. I’m very happy to have these shoes. They allow me to feel more secure on my bike and participate more fully in the classes at Lifetime Fitness.

I needed new lifting shoes - while these definitely fit the bill, I would like more support. I use the spin shoes and love them, but I just don't love these as much. They just feel as if they are missing something laterally.

Needed to exchange my shoes and the process was relatively painless but having to print out a shipping label was a little problematic. Hopefully they will change to a QR code for UPS.
