had an issue with my size and I am very impressed to say Kelsi with customer service was wonderful to work with.

While I would rate the shoes themselves as outstanding, the return policy is very frustrating. I couldn't get a good idea if the fit was right for me until I got on the bike, and I couldn't get on the bike without putting on the cleats. Because they will not accept returns after cleats have been placed, I'm left with good shoes that I really just need a half size smaller in. I hope TIEM will reconsider this policy in the future to better support their customers.

I love the color but am having trouble with the left one does not want to clip into the bike its very frustrating not sure if the hardware is not correct but very disappointing

I'm pretty new to cycling in general and for my first few classes, I only had barefoot sneakers to wear, so these are definitely a world of difference! I found that I had to go up a half size from my normal shoe size because they were quite tight at the toe box, but now they fit pretty perfectly. They are tricky to get on, but I appreciate that they don't feel like they'll stretch out with too much wear so that they get too loose. I also like how they were perfectly comfortable from the first use - there was no break in period and I didn't get any blisters or rubbing even wearing them without socks. They feel supportive enough for standing positions but not too stiff, they still have a nice cushioned feel to them. The only real complaint I have about them is that I don't like to clip in so I slip them into the cages on the bikes at my gym, but for some reason even though I taped over the cleat attachment point, they somehow seem to clip into something in the cage which forces me in a stance that is too wide for me. So I might just need to learn how to adjust the cage so that my foot doesn't have that room to move around like that, but I was surprised that the shoe would be clipping (or getting stuck) in anything without the cleats. I personally just don't feel comfortable being attached to my bike so I'm hoping I can figure out how to tape or otherwise fill up that empty space that is causing the issue. It could be nice if there was some sort of cap or cover to use with them if you don't intend to use them with cleats.

This is the 6th pair I’ve bought, I do spinning every day and I have to walk like 15 minutes to get there and I love that I don’t have to change my shoes.
