Received wrong candle!!!

Delicious scent. A bit expensive for me.

Shipping was a problem as it was never delivered the first time, it was shipped, 2nd time it was misdirected, third time was a charm and I received it.

Goldleaf hand wash smells heavenly and feels creamy.

I live this fragrance but the candle should come with a lid so it does not collect dust.

I made a mistake and when I reached out to to see if I could exchange the right product for getting the wrong product the customer service was incredible. They ordered what I meant to get and had it shipped out to me the same week. On top of that they let me keep what I didn't intend to order as well. I felt totally appreciated and taken care of.
