Placed order on November 30, 2025 and received it on December 22, 2025. I was very disappointed. I paid $10 for shipping which is expensive in itself and then not to receive my order for over 3 weeks is unacceptable. I had to email Thymes and ask about my order and it wasn't until then that a new order was sent out to me.

Thymes has always had excellent customer service. They just disappointed in the quality of the products. I’m so used to having with the Frasier Fir! I’m hoping that quality control teamfixes this issue because I want to continue purchasing for myself and gifts for friends and family!

I have not received this candle. The USPS shows the candle is stuck in Kansas (hundreds of miles away from the final destination) for over a week. It will not be here in time for my celebration and someone will be without a gift due to this shipping fiasco.
