When you’re paying a premium price for an upscale candle—especially one purchased as a gift—presentation matters. Unfortunately, Thymes completely missed the mark here. The candle itself is nice, I guess. I bought it as a gift for a friend who loves pine scents, but the packaging was TERRIBLE. It arrived in a plain cardboard box wrapped in bubble wrap. That’s it. No beautiful Thymes-branded box, no elegant presentation, nothing that made it feel special or luxurious. Honestly, I’m embarrassed to give it as a gift. It looks like something I could have picked up at HomeGoods for $10, not a premium Thymes candle. Such a disappointing experience - especially since I contacted customer service and they took forever to get back to me. Then they said that's how that candle is packaged and they barely acknowledged my issue/complaint. I will not purchase from Thymes again - and I don't recommend you do either. Nest is my go-to, and I should have stuck with them.

Order processed and delivered readily and product exceeds expectations!!!!

Good service but scent is not is hardly noticeable.

Thymes is my only fragrance company. Quality products I’ve enjoyed for decades. Wonderful selection of products with lasting usage and delightful fragrances.

Always had good experience. Too many items marked on sale — sold out on site- if sold out take off availability

Eucalyptus is my favorite.

I’ve been used my Thymes products for years and continue to love these products!

Wish the refills were available when you have sale. Other than that, we find everything about Frasier Fir just what we want.
