Initially I was quite excited about the Thorne multivitamin because it supercharges all the ingredients I wanted for a military athletic lifestyle. However, after a few weeks of use, I realized the PM dose made me consistently sluggish the next day. That is, the effects of the sleep aid in the PM dose never quite wore off. I have not historically required any sleep aids at all and so the sluggish next day effect actually reduced my ability to access the benefits of the full dose. I've had to reduce the PM dose or eliminate it altogether in order to function at the capacity I require next day. I would love the product minus the heavy sleep aid ingredients in the PM dose. My advice -- only purchase if your physiology requires assistance to sleep at night.
