Website specifically says they do not deliver to PO Boxes yet they sent my order to the post office (via USPS) which never arrived since I put my physical address down because the website said not to use a POB. Customer service was snarky and said I need to add my POB to the same line as my physical address. Why would I do that when your website says NO PO Boxes??? Very poor customer service. Do not order from Thorne

Just didn’t feel the product was worth it
