Love Thorne, wish my magnesium was better quality and not cracked/powdery, feels like a quality control issue, hope they are doing ok/not expanding to fast as a company. Paid a lot of money for this so kinda weird, never got a cracked capsule from them before

Due to my career I learned that I clinch my teeth at night and evidently my legs cramp up as well. Although I have been retired now for almost 5 years I seem to sometimes repeat the habit at night after the less occasional stressful days. I am so happy I decided to being taking Magnesium Glycinate at night. I sleep a lot better, my jaw doesn't hurt when I wake up, and although not completely gone my leg cramps are way less frequent. When I wake up I am rested and there is just an overall calmness that I carry around every day now.

I’m wondering if the FiberMend® Prebiotic contains the wrong size scoop. It’s larger than the scoop that comes with the Collagen Plus supplement and while the Collagen Plus lasts the full 30 days the FiberMend product lasts between 20-25 days. On my 2nd order I switched to the smaller Collagen Plus scoop for the FiberMend product.
