I ordered this protein in chocolate and vanilla because it's supposed to be clean and healthy. Both taste terrible. I reached out to customer service to let them know and to return it. They responded by saying I can return it, but have to pay for shipping. To me that is not standing behind your product or catering to your customer. Extremely unsatisfied.

Thorne is top-tier. Straight up. The quality of their products is about as good as it gets—clean, well-formulated, and backed by real standards. You’re getting exactly what you pay for on the product side. No corners cut. 10/10 there. That said, it’s not perfect. Customer service can be a little slow to respond at times, which gets frustrating when you need something handled quickly. Shipping can also drag a bit once it’s in transit—maybe not entirely on them, but still part of the experience. And yeah… price. Even with the subscription discount, you’re paying a premium. Worth it if quality is your priority, but it’s definitely not the budget option. Bottom line: Elite products, no question. Just be ready to pay for it—and maybe wait a minute if you need support.
