I really like this electrolyte. The flavor is great with no after taste. The sodium content is not off the chart. As a senior 70+ runner. I must be careful with electrolyte balance. So this fits my training and race schedules perfectly. There is not a lot of extras in it so I get just what I need. Did I mention the flavor is awesome!
