My first order from The Urban Mill was a hall / coat stand for a new build house. It arrived very quickly but on unwrapping the item a coat hook was broken in half. Email and photo of the packaging and broken hook to the company which. was picked up by Ella. I really must commend Ella on sorting this out for me, a replacement was despatched and now received. Ella answered by emails promptly and kept me in the loop. A lot of work for her for such a small issue. I therefore, based on my experience have no hesitation in recommending this company.
