Well, the wife cant say enough good things about her Olukai's, with even a little touch of Gold bling, bling to them! We wear Olukai Flip flops as well and we just can't get enough of this brand. We also appreciate you guys at the Shoe Mart for delivering these babies just in time to have put them under the tree at Christmas time. You all delivered quick and without delay, you guys came through with flying colors- Thanks again for being a reliable store.

Great true to original, new laces.

Last month (Dec. 2025) I purchased a pair of Alden men's tassle loafers from TSM. Unfortunately, I must have received a pair that got by Alden's QC dept. because the outer sole of the right shoe was noticebly larger than the sole of the left shoe. I then contacted TSM and spoke to Joe about the problem with the shoes. At what I'm sure was a very busy time during the holiday season, Joe was very friendly and courteous and advised me to return the shoes and TSM would get me out a new pair ASAP. A few days later, during the process of my reorder, I was contacted via email by Dan who followed up on my new order and Dan was great. He made sure that everything about the new order went very smoothly and timely. My new pair of Alden's was delivered today (Jan. 6, '26) and they're beautiful. This was my first experience buying from TSM and I found their customer service was excellent! I'm very thankful to Joe and Dan for their efforts to promptly replace my original shoe order.
