Lance did a truly remarkable job of getting me in the right shoe. I have Daffy Duck wide feet, and it is very challenging for me to find a shoe that fits. I made several calls to Lance after looking around the 'net trying to find a pair. Lance was very informative and patient with me while trying to find what I need. Settled on a gorgeous pair of Alden Chukka boots that blew me away while I was taking them out of the box. Even with orthotics placed in the shoe, they fit like a glove. So, three cheers for Lance and The Shoe Mart. ( As an aside, not all Alden stores have the same products. So if a store nearby where you live is out of stock, call Lance and ask him what he recommends)
