Love the detox shampoo - made my hair shiny and bright - a must once a week! Love this brand so so much. Loved the Hair spray now this!

This could be specifically for my hair but the medium shampoo and conditioner made my blonde highlighted hair very brassy and not bright. I had to return:( but I do favor their mask treatment

The Air Dry Foam has been a hair-saver. I've gotten several friends to jump on the Ouai train because of it.

The leave in conditioner is excellent! I have super fine hair and regular conditioner weighs it down plus makes it oily. I’m so happy to have found OUAI!!

The hair oil is amazing. I haven't been to the salon since March so my wavy hair has been a little dry. This oil keeps my hair tamed and hydrated. I've been using it on my skin, as well! Smells so good.

The perfume smells old like it has been sitting for a while.

The smell! If you douse yourself in perfume you will like this. If you don't and prefer natural smells like citrus or something light. This is NOT for you. Gave me terrible headache and every single product is SO strongly scented.

OUAI is superb. I love the smell and the selection. I bought the extra shampoo/conditioner pouches in my order for when I may be running low. Shipping was within a week which made me happy.

So.. my order started off a bit rocky with a delay, but I messaged them and received a prompt response and my products just a few days later. Customer service receives and A+++. When I received the products and gave them a try and OMG!! The best shampoo and conditioner ever. I have thick hair and highlights so the conditioner is important... this conditioner left my hair silky and soft and easy to comb through and it smells soooo good as does the shampoo. This is a super quality product at a super price. I also bought the leave in conditioner and again they hit a home run, works amazing leaving my so silky and soft and smells amazing. I’m so excited to have finally found top quality hair products that check all the boxes. I will definitely be ordering again.

Everything I’ve ordered on Ouai is awesome! The website looks great and is easy to use, love the selection of ever growing products. The Ouai sweatshirt I got is so soft and comfy.

I have not been disappointed with one item I have purchased or gotten as a free sample. I like that OUAI lets you choose from options for free samples. I have very thin hair and some products are too heavy for my hair and it’s nice to know how certain products work before spending my money! I love the way the products smell and make my hair feel, I will continue to shop at OUAI!

I have Medium shampoo and conditioner, North Bondi perfume, treatment mask, North bondi lotion, Melrose lotion, hair oil....it’s honestly an obsession. I’ve loved everything I’ve purchased and will continue to use Ouai :)
