I love how smell and works

Product scent is overwhelming. I often find myself reaching for my partners shampoo so I can have a break from the smell of my Ouai shampoo. I also haven’t noticed any improvement to the quality of my hair and have even started to noticed breaking and split ends

Hands down, best purchase I’ve ever made. My hair is soft, frizz free, healthy and shiny, and smells amazing. I’ve tried EVERYTHING and had just about given up and now I’ll use nothing else.

This is the only brand that carries more than one product I love and purchase repeatedly. Don't have the products in front of me but I am a big fan of the scalp/body scrub, rose hair/body oil, and leave-in conditioner spray.

My hair has never felt so luxurious and healthy! The thick hair shampoo and conditioner have transformed the texture of my hair. It is soft and truly a blow out’s dream. In addition to the leave in conditioner, I can’t get enough! I use the leave in on the ends at night as well and when I wake up the ends are soft and healthy.

not worth the price

I love the smell of all their products! I got the travel kit with the leave in conditioner, apple cider shampoo, and their conditioner. I’ve been using Ouai for a few months and I’m still in love with it. My hair feels light, soft and shiny. Their customer service is spectacular as well. I received an item that had a small puncture and they responded immediately to my email to resolve the issue.

LOVE the detox shampoo, and it lasts forever bc you do NOT need a lot!!! And the masks and leave in conditioner.. they have the same scent and I love it. The heat styling spray and hairspray were a little heavy but that could 100% be user error! Oh and the dry shampoo is good as well :-)

Customer service rep was amazing. They helped me get the right products for my needs. The hair and shampoo smell soooooo good. They have a great selection. And speedy delivery.

The perfume smells nice and definitely smells better the longer it warms up on your skin. The lotion in the same scent however, not good. Smells good at first and then starts smelling worse the longer you rub it in. Would not recommend the lotion to anyone but the perfume is nice for the price. Will not be repurchasing
