Everything about the OUAI shampoo and conditioner is excellent. I have thick hair, and use the medium. It cleanses well, leaves my hair shiny and moisturized. And the scent... AMAZING. Not to mention I feel better about purchasing the brand because Of the reduced plastic when ordering the bulk refill. Can’t say enough!

Love the product! My curly hair has never felt or looked so healthy. Ouai has allowed me to use minimal product for optimal results and I love that I can order a refill and reuse the original packaging.

First time Ouai user, and I love it! I have fine hair that can be a bit dry so I bought the fine shampoo/ conditioner and it’s pleasantly hydrating! I am a tough critic too, I’m usually unhappy with the performance of things, so if you’re like me and trying to find that right shampoo def give Ouai a try!! I’ll absolutely be buying more.

I reached out to customer service several weeks ago as I ordered the Byredo dry shampoo and within a week or 2 the entire can evaporated. I never received any type of response back to the issue although I requested one as I have never had a dry shampoo do this to me, ever. I am disappointed as I had a lot of trust in this company, not only in the products, but in the customer service. I was loving the Wave Spray that I bought on a whim out of frustration with what I had been using, so I wanted to try the shampoo and conditioner for fine hair. I am so happy with these! I have several different shampoos and conditioners in my shower at any given time but have only used OUAI since it has arrived. Right away after applying the shampoo, I knew there was something different! I absolutely love OUAI products!

Great product and customer service

My hair was still frizzy even with this product it had a lot of volume but poofy. So the second tine I washed my hair I added bio silk oil a nickel amount plus this product. And that was much better and how I liked my long curly hair. My curls are not tight they long tendrils so I hate frizz. But I like to air dry naturally not use a blow dryer.

I order the medium Package shampoo and conditioner and my hair feels greasy. Not clean it all.

Fast shipping, the package was well protected. Really happy with the overall service and products!
