Hello, I would like to cancel my subscription as one of my coins, which I get automatically each month. I received the sachet with no coin, someone obviously decided to open it and steal it. Please see photo attached. I am now down one coin and have lost my money. Thanking you. Jacky Rogers.

I ordered the Red Arrows 50p and Military medal 50p. I received the military medal 50p but not the Red Arrow 50p. In the same package, I was given a Winston Churchill commemorative coin which I didn’t order or ask for. I contacted you about this, yet you are still yet to resolve the issue and I haven’t been sent the missing coin.
