Couldn’t get a hold of anybody nobody re-contacted me. Just trying to send back one of the coins. They sent me two very very bad customer service.

I’ve paid for two only received one and didn’t know there would only be one coin in it when it arrived.

This is a monthly subscription and every other day, they are trying to take payment for a coin. Not cool.

My only upset of being a collector for nearly 30yrs is , Koin and Westminster Coins used to give a more personal touch now it’s just turn out as quick as it can bombared with calls etc no it’s a business but certainly has lost its customer touch, unless when you speak to customer care then they are really good , it’s a real shame that we all no costs of postage has gone up with the times but the quality of envelopes packaging is very poor, have contacted and given examples of photos discussed it, poor quality of glues used, tiny envelopes so you received damaged corners to especially card items!!

I am not sure where I should be in receiving my set of coins. As of today (30 Jul25) I have received only 5 coins. I’m not sure but I think I should have more than that.

The product i bought came within three days of receiving payment and was in perfect condition

I like begin able to get Disney coins for my grandchildren. They look forward to birthdays and Christmas’s to see what new coins they get. Nice to be able to get different things ie Newspapers about the war and the Moon walk ect. Good delivery time as well

Was very pleased with the items but don't know why they were shipped to the U. S. A. first especially where they are not a Commonwealth nation and Canada is. .
