The Jade Jewelers has always been an amazing company. The only problems I have ever had with any of their products is of my own fault (I once bought rings that were too small). They have excellent communication. I’ve reached out to them AS I was placing my order with a question and got a real response about an hour later. Their service has definitely made a loyal customer out of me, and the only wrong they could do is losing their quality
