Fake jade

Fast shipping, beautiful ring design and wears super comfortably, but unfortunately it barely lasted a month before it randomly broke in half on my finger. I wish it lasted longer for the price it costs.

Arrived in due time. Overall a pleasant experience. The rings are a definite gem and are awesome in person!

Amazing customer service!

Poor customer service in addition to the poor quality and poor workmanship of the lotus jade bracelet that broke in less than a week.

Nice product but not pleased with the lack of a response from my request for information regarding the price drop of the bracelet purchase. I discovered the price difference when attempting to purchase another bracelet for my wife. Price difference was significant, nearly half of what I paid and no resolution provided (eg. Refund or credit to make up for the difference and customer service).
