Poor customer service in addition to the poor quality and poor workmanship of the lotus jade bracelet that broke in less than a week.

Nice product but not pleased with the lack of a response from my request for information regarding the price drop of the bracelet purchase. I discovered the price difference when attempting to purchase another bracelet for my wife. Price difference was significant, nearly half of what I paid and no resolution provided (eg. Refund or credit to make up for the difference and customer service).

It's a beautiful bracelet but cord that the beads are on is loose and sticking out, making it look messy and cheap. The quality and pride of work was just not there.

I wanted to leave a great review but I can’t. Had two order of the smaller and larger beads. The bracelet is just way too tight on my wrist Not sure if my wrist is too big but I don’t think I’m a huge guy. The elastic portion starting ripping and tearing slowly and I didn’t want to leave a review just yet since I had reach out to the company to let them know my concern. I mention it was tight and the elastic is ripping with some photos. They said they were going to contact me regarding getting it to some higher up But I never got a response or taken cared of A lot of the tattoo artist I follow support this brand and sad to say I wouldn’t probably buy anything else from here. Disappointed honestly. I was trying to give them a chance but at the end of the day I didn’t get no one contacting me back on the concern
