Bad it’s a marketing scam !

The product is great and the packaging is very pretty the only downside is the hole for the chain to go through. It is incredibly big which throws off the pendants look unless you have a very thick chain. The pendant comes with one however it is very bulky and a bit masculine so I switched to Jade Jewelers rope chain I also purchased, which gives it more of a feminine vibe. I feel like it looks a bit funny because of how large the loop is and it would look better quality if the loop was smaller. Overall the design and quality of the pendant itself is clean.

I have been buying from this company since 2022 and love every item. However I am very disappointed with customer service and their lack of help when I had an issue. I attempted to return my gold chain I purchased as I realized the pendant I bought already came with one. I had paid $10 at checkout with these items for free return but was still charged another $17 to return the item. FedEx then never came and got the item. I provided my order number and email along with screenshots of my order and purchases and customer service is still asking for more proof of payment. I now have spent $30 total after printing label and repackaging item and am unable to return or receive any help with this.

Quick fast shipping. Beautiful pieces. The ring came with a chip on it, but thats okay because now its, its own personal piece :hands_heart|type_5:. I haven't reached out to customer service simply because it isn't a big deal to me. I LOVE IT. Product came VERY protected in their own boxes. Ive been eyeballing pieces but waiting. Otherwise the rings and bracelets are special and their Beautiful 😍

I purchased this ring in November of 2024 as my husband’s wedding band. For the price I wasn’t expecting great quality, but I had to come back to review to say my husband has worn his band 24/7 since our wedding and the band is still going strong! Great quality at a great price point and he gets so many compliments on how unique his jade ring is for a wedding band.
