To avoid any confusion when sending bespoke sizing make sure to measure an actual jacket that fits you well instead of measuring your actual body measurements. First jacket came to exact measurements sent which of course ended up being skin tight but they were able to handle the tailoring and adjustment on the next jacket. The jacket is quality and handmade. Very happy.

Love the jacket as it is high quality and very warm and cosy, although I’m not a big fan of the hood and how high it sits when over my head and buttoned at the front. I’ll probably mainly use without the hood.

Hi, I absolutely love the jacket. it's great quality and the customer service has been excellent. I'm just thinking it might be too big for me and I'm wondering would the XS size fit better. I'm 5"10, slim build. The jacket is comes down to my knuckles. It comes 3/4 inches past my knees and feels a bit loose/baggy in general, in particular on the bottom. Do you think the size down would be a better fit? And if so, could I return it? The jacket has been unworn, except for trying it on a couple of times and the tag is still on it.
