This is my second jacket from The Jacket Maker, the first being a leather jacket. I ran into a small fit issue on this one, likely because I misunderstood part of the measurement instructions. Sam in customer service went above and beyond to work through it with me and made sure the jacket came out perfect. That kind of service made me a lifelong customer. At 6'5, I almost never find jackets that fit right. Getting top quality at a fair price on a jacket that fits this well is rare, and The Jacket Maker nails it.

Initially had problem with my original jacket, but the customer service was excellent & they did not hesitate to make it right. My replacement is amazing & hope to enjoy it for years to come! Would recommend!

I wanted to show my appreciation for the excellent service I received when ordering my leather jacket. I’m genuinely impressed. The quality of the jacket is great. I even tried lightly scratching it with my nails, and it left no marks, unlike other leather jackets I’ve tried this with before. My first order was a size small. Everything about the jacket was excellent, but I realized I wanted a larger size so I could sometimes wear a sweater underneath. Requesting a size exchange was easy and came at no extra cost. Unfortunately, the second jacket I received had a different leather quality that I did not like as much. However, customer care handled the situation very professionally and accepted a second return. They assured me they would verify the leather used, and the replacement jacket I received was even better than the first one. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Great customer care, great product, and a company that clearly stands behind its work. I know where I’ll be getting my leather clothing from going forward. Highly recommended.

Positive Feedback: the team was able to accommodate specific requests, such as using calfskin from a different jacket model. The final product’s quality and craftsmanship are evident. Shawn, the agent who worked with on the entire process, he handled issues very professionally and gestures of goodwill when sleeves are too long. Areas for Improvement: I originally requested 23" sleeves, but the team insisted on 25". We compromised at 24", but as I feared, they are too long. There was a significant discrepancy between the price I paid and the actual price listed on the oversea shipping receipt.

I am very happy with The Jacket Maker! I feel they have gone to great lengths to accommodate me after my initial purchase of a leather jacket ended up being too big for my husband. Sam was more than happy to exchange the jacket for a custom fit which I really appreciated . The company and staff are professional with fantastic communication!
