The chair and ottoman arrived a day early with no damage. Assembled it in about an hour with no issues. All pieces and parts were easy to identify and put together. The extra screws, feet and Allen tools included were appreciated. Very comfortable and we are happy with the quality. The only surprise was the light tone of the ivory leather; not a real issue at all, we were just expecting a little more of a cream color.

Awesome purchase experience, clear shipping note, phone call to arrange shipping gave the option of the next morning, and box was tucked into my garage to keep it safe while I opened it. Strong packaging, but once you figure out how to pry off the framing cardboard it goes smoothly. Big plastic bags holding the furniture make it convenient to clean up after opening.

After a few weeks am so pleased with this chair. The workmanship and attention to detail is out of the ball park. I have always wanted one and never would buy for the price and being 6’5” !! The original never fit and was very uncomfortable. The Iconic Chair smartly offers this in a TALL ! I find the foam sits nicely and can stay put all night ! So glad I made the purchase, friends of mine took one look and said I was being “extravagant” HA!

This chair is so well made, I am actually excited to tell people it’s a replica. The leather smells fantastic, the wood is visually luxuriating and it “bounces” like the version that costs almost 5 times more. If money were not object, I’d have already purchased another one!

I have a real Eames lounge chair and needed an additional one for a rental property so I decided to go with a replica. The quality, look, and feel are very similar to the authentic version. My only criticism, at least on my chair, is that it makes a sound of air escaping from the cushion whenever I sit up from the chair (and no, it’s not from me). The chair comes very well packaged. It’s quite a large box so be prepared to have a dolly. I did not have one but a trick you can use is to roll it like a boulder. Nothing fell out of place or was damaged because of how well everything was packed. There is minimal assembly consisting of the arm rests and the legs. The arm rests are the hardest part but it just requires lining up the screw holes which after you get the first one down the rest are easy. The chair comes with everything you need including a tool for the screws. It even comes with spare parts in case you need them later! Great chair. I’d purchase again for sure.

Meh. Eventually we settled on a solution that l was alright accepting, but I'm wishing I hadn't made the purchase at all now.

Chair arrived packaged very well and is very easy to put together. You will see a few people mention difficultly attaching the arm pads. It really isn’t difficult at all. Turn the chair on its side and have some good light on it. Align the screws into the pad without the chair first so you understand the proper angle to thread the screws at when trying to mount the pads. The chair is very sturdy, and the veneer is a very nice matte finish. Leather is supple, and very soft. Feels great overall. I’m 5.7” or 5.8”, and the standard height is nice for me. The finish in every aspect very good. This is as far as I know the only eames replica on the market using open cell foam as they should be, and you can tell upon using the chair. I have no complaints from service, to the chairs quality.

I worked in the Scandinavian furniture business for a decade, and the quality of this chair is on par with the very best of what I have seen, assembled, and sold. I was very pleasantly surprised that the craftsmanship of the chair greatly exceeded my expectations.

Chair arrived as promised. It was very easy to assemble. And the chair is a perfect replica of the original Herman Miller chair at a fraction of the price.
