I have not received my package. I have tried contacting customer service. I keep getting an automated email telling me to keep looking for my package. I have been. The day it says it was delivered, we received another package from UPS. So I find that odd. Please have someone contact me. I want to resolve this issue. Armida Martinez

I bought these for my son and he loves them! He wore them today waking around the city and said they were very comfortable. The price was great for the quality of a Fry boot. Very happy with the purchase.

I recently returned two pair of boots the Miranda. And I have not been informed if they received them or if I was reimbursed. Otherwise, I love Frye, the quality, the look, I now have 5 pair of boots and hopefully the Jolene in the right size when I return them.
