Trying to return boots. They didn't dit

They ran small

It was ok

Love the color and style of these boots

Excellent customer service

Shipping was quick. However, I find it very annoying that I had to pay $22 for boots I couldn’t wear even if I wanted to. (I understand a policy, but it’s a turn off for first time buyers trying to figure out sizes). I don’t have particularly wide calves so I didn’t think I needed the wide calf style when ordering. Pretty disappointing and I will not be ordering any more boots from this company.

Absolutely love these shooties. So cute AND comfortable.

These sandals are comfortable and beautiful. Exactly what I expected from Frye.

Super fast delivery of an amazing high quality boot.

Product as pictured and described. Great quality. Fast shipping.

Fast shipping was excellent and product was just as attractive as we anticipated.

I love this company.

Very cute boot, I’m a petit grandma and able to find shoes and boots in the young girls section, that are stylish and fit. Just needed a smaller size

Love them

I received my item on time and it was packaged well. Returning it was an easy process so far. Haven’t received my refund yet but I’m sure it’s coming soon
