I've wanted a pair of Frye boots as long as I can remember! I recently got a promotion at work and decided to finally treat myself to a pair. I could not be happier with my decision!! These boots are beautiful, comfortable and of the highest quality!

You got me once with the cheap knock offs but never again! I’ll go back to buying from The Frye Company.

Came damaged, was told they would charge 11. 00 to return for shipping. When I complained they offered a 11. 00 discount to keep them. I didn’t feel like arguing nor returning so just kept them. Not happy though.

Love the boots but order process did not meet expectations. The first pair ordered was sent the incorrect size. Was not able to do an even return and still have not receive my return purchase over a week later.

My new Frye’s fit perfect. True to size. Ordering and shipping was easy and efficient. Highly recommend.

I never received the shoes I ordered. For over a month and a half, Frye repeatedly assured me that I would receive a refund, but in the end, they never issued it. I strongly advise avoiding this company.
